Bittercreek Alehouse

September 17th, 2009 Posted in 123 Triad

Bittercreek Alehouse opened in February of 1995 with a focus to highlight the great craft ales from the Pacific Northwest. Their aggressively rotated tap line features nearly 40 drafts from craft brewers in Idaho, Oregon, Washington and Northern California.

In addition to their draft line-up they have a temp, controlled beer aging cellar with both cellar worthy draft ale and a large collection of rare and unique bottled beers from small locally focused brewers around the world. Bittercreek Alehouse pair their craft beer selections with Northwest focused upscale pub-grub, friendly and consistent service, and an award winning wine and coctail program.

Bittercreek Alehouse’s straightforward culinary style and commitment to regional and unique artisan ale helps them maintain a truly local style. Bittercreek Alehouse’s goal is to offer food and drink that reflect the preferences of their city, making them a gathering place for their community and a symbol of Boise’s casual and friendly atmosphere.
