Bluepoint Bakery was founded in 1987 by two chefs, Fred Bramhall and Mary Clark, who, in combination with partner Robert Lederman, have over sixty years combined experience in fine restaurants and bakeries. They established the bakery to produce premier quality baked products for upscale customers. Using only the highest quality ingredients available, Bluepoint currently makes a complete line of fresh baked breads, rolls, muffins, danish, scones, croissants, pies, tarts, cakes,
