Radisson Edwardian Hotels,Gleneagles Hotel,Marriott Hotels and many more quality establishments.
Their kitchen team too has a strong background and a wealth of knowledge and experience! With Head Chef Andrew Thomson,and Sous Chef Paul Johnson,formally of The Ivy and The Ritz in London! Good ingredients imaginatively cooked and beautifully presented by the kitchen team.They make everything fresh,including ice creams and desserts!Great emphasis is placed on the sourcing of the produce used in all of the dishes on offer and it is only bought from the best of regular,local suppliers.
